Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a free trial, no card required. You install the module, sync your catalogue, and watch it answer on your own products before you pay anything.
What counts as a conversation?
One shopper session with the assistant, however many messages it contains. A shopper who asks six follow-up questions is one conversation, not six.
What happens if I go over my conversation limit?
The assistant keeps working. We alert you in the dashboard and by email so you can move up a tier; we never cut off shoppers mid-conversation.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, up or down, at any time from the dashboard. Changes are prorated, so you only pay the difference for the remainder of the billing period.
Are there setup fees or contracts?
No setup fees, no minimum term, no exit fees. Cancel in one click from the dashboard and billing stops at the end of the current period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing takes 10% off every tier, so Starter is £44/mo, Growth £134/mo and Pro £314/mo when paid yearly.
