Feature

A store locator you are not paying for twice.

Most merchants with physical stores pay for a chat widget and, separately, a store-locator extension. This is one subscription, and the assistant knows about your stores rather than treating them as a different feature.

What it does

Findable in the conversation

A shopper asking "do you have this in a shop near me?" gets an answer in chat, with the nearest branches, rather than being sent off to hunt for a locator page.

And on its own page

A dedicated store-finder page with a map and postcode search, so the locator is indexable and linkable in its own right, not trapped inside a widget.

The details people actually need

Opening hours, address, phone, photos and a directions link, so the shopper can decide whether it is worth the trip.

Postcode and location search

Search by postcode or use the browser's location, and get branches ordered by distance.

Aware of stock context

The assistant can talk about your stores in the same conversation as your products, rather than being two disconnected tools that both happen to be on the page.

Included in Pro

Part of the Pro plan at £349/mo alongside everything else, instead of a separate per-month locator subscription on top of a chat tool.

Questions about the store locator

Is the store locator an extra cost?
No. It is included in the Pro plan alongside the assistant, rather than sold as a separate subscription the way most locator extensions are.
Does it work outside the chat widget?
Yes. There is a dedicated store-finder page with a map and postcode search, so shoppers who never open the chat can still find your branches, and the page can be indexed and linked.
How many locations can I add?
There is no per-location charge. You add your branches in the dashboard with their hours, photos and contact details.
Which platforms does the store locator work on?
Magento 2 and Adobe Commerce, Magento 1 and OpenMage LTS, and WooCommerce. Locations live in the idea89 dashboard rather than in a platform-specific extension, so the same branches serve the chat assistant and the store-finder page on any of them.

One subscription, chat and locator.

If you are paying separately for a chat widget and a store-locator extension, compare that against a single Pro plan.
